Production Scenario

Service Process

During the first phase of a collaboration, YYW3C will perform a cost calculation and prepare a formal quotation based on the customer's requirements, including product specifications, quantity, packaging, delivery cycle, and quality standards. This quotation typically specifies the unit price, total price, minimum order quantity, delivery terms, payment method, and validity period, ensuring the customer fully understands the terms of the collaboration.

When customers are interested in a quote, they often request samples for testing and evaluation. YYW3C will prepare standard or custom samples and ship them to customers via international express. Upon receipt, customers will conduct a trial run and internal review. If any modifications are required, further communication and refinement will be conducted until the customer has final approval.

After agreeing on the sample and price, the customer will confirm in writing, either by email or by signing a sample, to ensure the product, price, delivery date, and other details are correct. Typically, at this stage, the customer will place a Purchase Intent (PO) to prepare for contract signing and formal order placement.

YYW3C will draft a formal contract, specifying product details, quantity, delivery time, payment terms, warranty, and after-sales terms, and stipulating the responsibilities and obligations of both parties. Once the customer has reviewed and approved the contract, both parties will sign and seal it. The customer will also pay a certain percentage of the advance payment (usually 50%) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

After the contract is signed, YYW3C will arrange a production plan, procure raw materials, and begin mass production. During the production process, we will provide regular progress feedback to customers, including photos or videos when necessary. After production is complete, rigorous quality control (QC) will be conducted, and customers can also choose to entrust a third-party inspection. Once qualified, customers will pay the final payment, and the order will enter the shipping preparation stage.

YYW3C arranges logistics and export customs clearance, preparing relevant documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. Once the goods are loaded on board, the shipping company issues a bill of lading, which YYW3C then mails to the customer or arranges for bank collection, allowing them to collect the goods at the port of destination. This essentially completes the entire delivery process.

After delivery, YYW3C still needs to provide customers with necessary after-sales support, such as installation and usage guidance, quality issue handling, repairs and exchanges, etc. Through continuous service and communication, YYW3C can not only improve customer satisfaction, but also promote repeat purchases and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
